Clearwater Norwich Ltd, trading as Clearwater has been based in Norwich since 2005 and we are proud that our Board of Directors are all founder members of the company.

Our key focus is on design engineering and specifically BIM (Building Information Modelling), Building Physics and Building Services Design incorporating it’s many disciplines. We provide engineering consultancy to building owners, construction stakeholders and public organisations.

All our team are directly employed and work with a multi-disciplinary approach for clients across a wide range of sectors including:

As a steadily growing company, we pride ourselves on good communication with clients, design team members and contractors and remain closely involved in the project from concept to completion and handover. Our aim is to develop long-term relationships with both clients and our professional partners. We endeavour to do this through creative design, environmental awareness and building innovation. Working collaboratively with architects and clients we place considerable emphasis on a detailed analysis of the brief and the development of a clear understanding of the aspirations.

We enjoy simplicity, believing that coherent and modest services design informed by detailed research and integrated approach to sustainability and longevity we can look to understand how design can unlock opportunities and form value within projects.

We have an extensive experience of both traditional design and design-and-build appointments and utilise BIM and REVIT within a range of environments and sectors. This has allowed us to develop designs using standardised, cost-effective materials and building methods to provide innovative solutions.
