Building Information Modelling (BIM)
What is BIM?
Building Information Modelling, commonly known as BIM is a process for creating and managing information on a construction project across the project life cycle. One of the key parts of this process is the Building Information Model, the digital description of every aspect of the project.
This model draws on information assembled collaboratively and updated at key stages of a project. Creating a digital Building Information Model enables those who interact with the building to see their actions and inputs which adds huge practical value to the modelling.
At Clearwater Norwich Ltd, we are specialists in BIM. We are justifiably proud of our wide portfolio of projects where we have been commissioned to draught high detail drawings (LOD 500) for projects from large public buildings and institutes, to hotels and even single residential projects. Whatever the size of your project, we will work collaboratively with you throughout all level of detail to ensure your project is a success.
